At ITS World Congress 2025 in Atlanta, the City of Gangneung presented its official pavilion to promote itself as the host city of ITS World Congress 2026. Designed under the theme “Beyond Mobility, Connected World”, the pavilion highlighted the city’s vision for the future of smart mobility while offering an engaging space for international visitors and partners.
The pavilion was designed and constructed by KOTLA-USA, a trusted partner with extensive experience in delivering world-class exhibition projects. KOTLA-USA created a well-structured and multifunctional space that seamlessly combined visual storytelling, interactive activities, and professional meeting areas, ensuring both brand promotion and business engagement.
Reception Desk: Featuring the official logo and slogan “Gangneung ITS World Congress 2026,” this area served as the first point of welcome and information for visitors.
Interactive Zones: Activities such as the Survey Event and Wishing Tree Event, proposed by KOTLA-USA, encouraged visitor participation and cultural exchange through interactive experiences and giveaways.
Exhibition & LED Display: A large LED wall and detailed panels showcased Gangneung’s ITS Park, urban infrastructure, and future development plans.
Meeting Room: A private, fully furnished meeting space with a long conference table and premium seating, designed for in-depth discussions and business negotiations.
Networking Area: Open round tables provided a casual and inviting environment for quick conversations and networking.
