"Study in India" Booth – A Cohesive, Professional, and Visually Impactful National Education Pavilion

At the international exhibition, the "Study in India" booth stood out as a cohesive national pavilion, representing India’s education sector through the participation of various renowned universities and educational institutions.
The booth, designed and constructed by KOTLA-USA, featured a cluster-style layout with the following highlights:
A high-level overhead banner prominently displaying the “Study in India” branding alongside logos of the Ministry of Education and affiliated organisations, making it easy to spot from afar.
A clean white colour scheme, enhanced with traditional Indian design accents, delivering a refined look while still showcasing strong cultural identity.
Multiple individual counter booths, each clearly labelled with the names of participating institutions (e.g., Aditya University, Alliance University), allowing visitors to easily identify and approach representatives.
The seating areas were thoughtfully arranged with white round tables and chairs to support meaningful conversations, consultations, and networking between institution representatives and prospective international students.
The pavilion also featured large visual panels presenting educational statistics, academic disciplines, and vibrant images of India—effectively communicating key messages in an engaging, easy-to-digest format.
Thanks to KOTLA-USA’s expertise in international exhibition design and construction, the booth delivered not only a professional atmosphere but also a culturally rich and inviting experience for global visitors.
